NiVo Consulting is a consulting company founded by Dipl.-Wirt. Ing. (FH) Nikolaus Vogler with a focus on turnaround management, financial management (corporate finance and corporate finance), post-merger integration and ESG-compliant management consulting.
Our core competence is advising companies on all financial topics and turnaround issues as well as taking over C-level functions in corporate management. The objective of NiVo Consulting is to implement demanding mandates and consulting projects at the highest level of quality and professionalism.
Profile – About Nikolaus Vogler
After obtaining my degree in industrial engineering with majors in accounting, controlling and IT, I enjoyed more than 20 very successful years as a CFO, managing director and strategy director at national and international level, primarily in the pharmaceutical trade and industry. In addition to spending several years in senior positions at an MDax company, I successfully managed numerous intercultural projects in Europe, the USA and Brazil. I also served as a CFO in Germany as well as internationally in Brazil and Austria.
I have extensive expertise in the following areas, among others:
- Planning, budgeting, liquidity planning and liquidity management
- Financing, including state aid (KFW, Corona aid)
- Consolidation and accounting according to HGB, IFRS and USGAAP
- risk management
- controlling
- Taxes, SOX standards and compliance
In addition to my mother-tongue, German, I speak fluent English and Portuguese.
